Furnished Lundby Stockholm Dolls House With Swimming Pool. It is in good played with condition with just a few small issues which I will list out below. It contains an open plan kitchen diner with Lundby living room and kitchen sets and a nice rug. A bathroom with Lundby bath and toilet sets and what I suspect is a sylvanian washing machine set. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with the Lundby bed set and a sylvanian bunkbed and toy chest and a few other bits and pieces. There are two terraces, and best of all a patio and swimming pool which pulls out in a drawer.

I think we have some patio furniture somewhere which I will include if I find in time. There is also a slide for the pool although this is slightly broken and held together with sellotape. Please see the photos for full details. So I can't guarantee that works.

I can also throw in a sylvanian rabbit family as they have been living happily in the house for years and it would be a shame to evict them now. The front of the house has see through dust covers made to look like windows.

These open up and over like garage doors so they are stowed out of site when the dolls house is being used. These do still work, but the living room and bedroom doors have cracked at the corners so the up and over action no longer works.

There is a white picket fence that runs around the outside of both terraces. This is also slightly broken in a few places where the sections should slot in together. It does still work as you can see from the photos and could be easily glued.

I think it will be easier to transport as it is, otherwise I would do it myself. There is also some sun damage - the fence is slightly yellowed and the front of the floor in the living room is faded. Some of the pictures were stuck to the wall by a 4 yr old so they are not very straight! Finally some of the furniture is a bit broken - eg the door of the fridge comes off, and I don't think it's meant to. There are some little packets of food which have got a bit crumpled over the years, that sort of thing.
